Is everything really custom-built?

Yes. AV’s Cabinets is a custom shop: cabinets, doors, ceilings, bars, and built-ins are designed for the home they go into and built to order — not assembled from stock boxes. Every photograph in the portfolio is a piece AV’s Cabinets built and installed.

What do you build?

Custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, entertainment centers and built-ins, custom wood doors, home bars, coffered and custom wood ceilings, and general custom woodworking — plus the installation, finish work, and stacked mouldings that go with them.

What are your hours?

What areas do you serve?

The shop is at 4271 Duluth Ave in Rocklin, California, and the work spans Northern and Central California — most of it in the greater Sacramento area.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed and insured, CSLB #1095293.

Who will actually build and install my cabinets?

Andrey Voronenko, the principal of AV’s Cabinets, designs and builds your cabinetry. He trained in old-world door and cabinet building in his grandfather’s woodworking shop in Latvia, and he supervises the installation so the finish and detail work meet the standard the pieces were built to.

How does a project start?

With a consultation and design selection. Andrey treats the time spent at the beginning as the most important part of the job: you look at as many options as you want — door styles, woods, finishes, layout — until you’re comfortable with the design of your new or rebuilt space.

How much do custom cabinets cost?

There’s no price list, because every piece is built to order. Cost is driven by the size and scope of the project, the wood species and finish, door construction, interior fittings, and the complexity of installation. You’ll get real numbers for your specific project at the consultation.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the scope of the work and the shop’s schedule, so the timeline is set at your consultation rather than promised up front.

Do you do traditional and modern styles?

Both. The portfolio runs from ornate glazed traditional work with stacked crown and corbels to flat-panel, clean-lined contemporary cabinetry — browse the Vintage and Contemporary collections to see each language.

Do you only work on homes?

No — since 2006 AV’s Cabinets has built and installed cabinets in homes and businesses throughout Northern and Central California.
