What this website is

An informational portfolio for a custom cabinetry shop. It describes the work we do, shows photographs of completed projects, and lets you request a consultation. It is not a store, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

Estimates, quotes and agreements

Nothing on this website is a quote or a binding price, and we publish no price list. Any figure discussed at a consultation is an estimate for that specific project. Work is only ever agreed through a separate written contract signed by both parties — those documents govern the project, not this page. Where anything here differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Photographs and content

Every photograph on this site shows work built and installed by AV's Cabinets. The photographs, text, and design are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view, share links to, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, or use our photographs to represent work as your own, and you may not scrape or reuse the content to train or populate a commercial product without our written permission.

Communications you consent to

When you submit the consultation form you agree that we may contact you about your project by phone call, text message, or email at the number and address you provide, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or tell us to stop by phone or email at any time. How we handle the information itself is set out in our privacy policy.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the site accurate and current, including the references to city and county permitting authorities on our service area pages. Those references are provided as a convenience and are not professional advice — requirements change, and the authority for your address should be confirmed with that authority. We make no warranty that the site will be error-free or continuously available, and the site is provided “as is” to the fullest extent the law allows.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to outside resources such as building departments. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, AV's Cabinets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under a signed project agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Placer County, California.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
