Custom Cabinets in Lincoln, CA

Lincoln sits just north of the AV’s Cabinets shop and grew faster than almost any city in the region during the 2000s — which means thousands of its kitchens share the same production-built starting point and are now ready for something built specifically for the house. Andrey designs, builds, and installs custom kitchens, vanities, entertainment centers, and woodwork for Lincoln homes, with everything fabricated to order in Rocklin.

Newer neighborhoods, custom upgrades

In the Twelve Bridges area and Lincoln’s other newer communities, the common project is the builder-kitchen rebuild: replacing stock boxes with full-height, built-to-the-room cabinetry, adding working pantries, and rebuilding islands around real storage. Because the houses themselves are recent, the cabinetry upgrade usually leads the whole remodel.

At the top of the Lincoln market sits Catta Verdera at Twelve Bridges — a gated community around the course that opened in 1996 — where houses are individually built and cabinetry is usually specified for the whole home at once.

Designing for how you’ll live in the house

Lincoln includes one of the region’s largest active-adult communities in Sun City Lincoln Hills, and it shapes a real design conversation: drawer banks instead of low doors, pull-out storage that removes crouching and reaching, vanity heights chosen for the people using them. Custom construction means these choices cost thought, not compromise.

Lincoln also carries a genuine craft heritage — it has been home to the Gladding, McBean terracotta works since the 1870s — and a town that has made things by hand for 150 years tends to appreciate cabinetry made the same way.

The cabinetmaker

Every project here is designed with you and built to order in the Rocklin shop by Andrey Voronenko — the craftsman AV’s is named for — who oversees the installation. His story.

Lincoln questions, answered

Do you design cabinetry for aging in place?
Yes — thoughtfully, not clinically. Full-extension drawers, sensible heights, and reachable storage are design-selection decisions like any other, and they’re common requests in Lincoln Hills projects.
Is Lincoln inside your normal working range?
Comfortably — the shop is in Rocklin, one city over. Site visits and installation scheduling are routine.
Can you rework just the island?
A single-piece project is still a custom project. Islands are the most common standalone build: new storage layout, furniture detailing, and a finish that either matches or deliberately contrasts the perimeter.
